Prices

All prices in the online shop are including VAT and the currencies are Swedish Krona (SEK) and Euro (EUR).

Payment

Payments will be made through the service of Klarna that includes account debit or charged to credit cards.

All products remain the property of We Run the World AB until full payment is made. The prices applicable are set at the date on which you place your order. Final shipping costs and payment fees are stated in the check out process before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through We Run the World AB are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled with SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Delivery

If we have your requested products on stock, your order will be shipped within 1 week. If the products cannot be delivered to you within that time, we will send you an email informing you about the actual shipment date.

Taxes and customs duties

For international shipments any duties, taxes or VAT that might occur will be covered by the customer.

Signing for parcels

When signing for your parcels please make sure you collect the same amount of parcels you sign for. Any lost parcels must be claimed with the forwarder on site.

Unclaimed parcels

For parcels that are not picked up within 14 days, We Run the World AB reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping, freight and administrative costs.

Destroyed packaging / transport damages

If a shipment is lost, or you – when picking up the parcel – notice that the outer box is damaged, you should report that to the pick-up service and save a copy of the report for your reference if something is damaged inside the box. If you notice when opening the box, that an item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us and if possible include a photo of the damaged goods. Send us an email with this report to  info@weruntheworld.se and mark the email “transport damages”. We will contact you immediately to solve the situation.

Returns

Returns must be made no later than 14 days after the day of pick up to generate a refund of the purchase value. Returned products must be kept in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unworn and tags still attached. Damaged or used products will not be accepted and no refunds will be made. Freight costs for returns will be covered by the customer (essential part of our sustainability program). Please note that refunds are not valid for discounted or customized products. Returns made later than 14 days after the day of pick up will not be accepted.

When returning a purchased product, please clearly mark the returning parcel ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to shorten handling time and for international returns avoid any Customs charges. We Run the World AB will not be responsible for any charges on the returning parcel made by authorities or Customs, they are the responsibility of the customer.

How to return and get a money refund:

  1.  Before returning your product you need to send an email marked “Return” to info@weruntheworld.se. State your order number and list the products you would like to return. Once you receive an approval from us you can return the products.
  2.  When returning the products, clearly mark the parcel with your order number and make sure to note the ID-number of the parcel, and keep the receipt. It’s for your own security and to be able to trace the shipment.
  3.  For extra security please send the ID-number to us, allowing us to follow the delivery.
  4. We Run the World AB will refund accepted returns immediately. Please allow a few days for the banks to handle the transfer of the funds.

Complaints

If the product does not correspond to the standard expected please send an email marked “Complaint” to  info@weruntheworld.se stating your order number and describing the nature of the complaint. Please do so as soon as possible after receiving the delivery. We will get back to you immediately to try and solve the problem.

Change size or product?

If you would like to change size of the same product; please send an email marked “Change size” to info@weruntheworld.se stating your order number and describe which product and size you are returning and what size and product you wish to receive in exchange.

If you wish to change a product for another one; please send an email to  info@weruntheworld.se, state your order number, mark the email “Change product” and let us know which product you would like to return and which one you wish to have instead.

Age restrictions

To be able to place an order in our online shop you must be 18 years or older. If you are younger than 18 we will need your parents signature emailed to us.

Stock availability

All products available for purchase are on stock if no other info is shown.

Personal information

We Run the World AB will act responsibly for all personal information requested from you. The personal information will be used to ensure deliveries, for credit assessment and to provide offers and information to you. The information you provide is only available to We Run the World AB and will not be shared with any third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you and you always have the right to request it to be deleted or corrected. By accepting We Run the World AB´s terms and conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside We Run the World AB´s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that We Run the World AB is released from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are, but not limited to; government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

At weruntheworld.se , we use strictly necessary cookies only. Strictly necessary cookies are essential for browsing a website and using its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site. Cookies that allow web shops to hold your items in your cart while you shop is an other example of strictly necessary cookies (according to EU regulations). Since it is not required to obtain consent for this type of cookies, we hereby simply inform you that we use cookies only for the purpose of basic functionality.
